More Than a Day Program—A Place Where Individuals Are Engaged in Life, Connected to Community, and Inspired to Discover New Skills

Our Day Program provides a dynamic and inclusive environment where individuals of varying abilities, interests, and support needs can build meaningful connections, explore personal interests, and engage in enriching experiences. Through individualized support, we encourage socialization, positive interactions, confidence-building, and opportunities for personal growth in a welcoming and supportive setting.

Designed to meet a diverse range of needs and preferences, the program features specialized spaces including a sensory room, video game room, movie room, and exercise room. Participants also enjoy daily community outings and activities that promote engagement, skill development, exploration, and meaningful involvement within the community.

Program Details

  • Daily Activities

    Our Day Program combines engaging on-site activities with daily community outings that encourage socialization and personal growth. Participants enjoy access to specialized spaces including a sensory room, movie room, video game room, and exercise room, along with opportunities to explore local parks, restaurants, recreational facilities, community events, and other attractions throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

  • Eligibility Criteria

    Participants must be 18 years of age or older and complete an assessment process prior to enrollment. This process helps ensure that our Day Program is a good fit for the individual's needs and support requirements, while also allowing them to determine if our program is the right fit for them.

    We are always excited to welcome individuals who are ready to participate, explore new opportunities, and make the most of the wide variety of activities and community outings available through our program. Our goal is to provide a positive, engaging experience where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to enjoy each day to the fullest.

  • Daily Schedule

    Our Day Program runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Trained staff are on-site and available during all program hours, with designated team members responsible for supervising and supporting community outings. To keep participants and families informed, a new monthly activity calendar is released each month outlining upcoming community outings, special events, and daily programming. This schedule allows participants to stay informed, look forward to upcoming experiences.

  • Transportation

    Transportation to and from the program is available for individuals residing in Crabtree Living Solutions residential homes and apartment programs. We are pleased to welcome participants from outside of CLS as well. Individuals who do not reside in a CLS program are encouraged to coordinate transportation through family members, caregivers, transportation providers, or other available resources. Our team is happy to answer questions and help explore transportation options whenever possible.

Please note that all activities, outings, and events listed on the schedule are subject to change due to weather conditions, venue availability, transportation needs, participant interests, staffing considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your flexibility and will communicate any significant schedule changes as soon as possible.
